Hats and Trucker Caps

Embroidered, not printed. That distinction matters more on a hat than anywhere else — a printed cap starts cracking the first time it gets sweaty and left in a hot car, while embroidery just keeps going.

Our trucker cap is a structured six-panel build with hard buckram front panels, which is what keeps the crown standing up instead of collapsing after a week. The back is breathable mesh, so it stays wearable through a full day in the sun. The Permacurv® visor comes pre-curved with a matching undervisor, and the mid-profile 3.5″ crown sits between a flat brim and a dad hat.

An adjustable snap closure covers head circumferences from 21⅝″ to 23⅝″, so one size really does fit most. Five colorways: Black, Navy, Brown/Khaki, Caramel and Khaki.
